President, BBI Global

As president, Peter oversees the strategic development, growth, and business operations of BBI Global. With a focus on international oil, gas, chemical and construction projects, Peter’s invaluable knowledge and experience of delivering high value projects for worldwide clients is key in bringing the core values of the company to the international market.

Born and raised in Scotland, Peter studied structural mechanics and quantity surveying in Glasgow. Currently residing in the Far East, he has held a variety of senior positions in the last 15 years with some of the leading U.S. and European engineering and construction firms. Peter joins BBI from CH2M where he was the Director of Operations and Development for the Sakhalin Region.

Peter has been involved in the completion of a variety of pipeline and construction projects of global significance, including the Sakhalin 1 project for ExxonMobil and their joint venture partners. Experienced in commercial project management, he has deployed workforces in excess of 1,000 personnel in some of the most challenging environments in the world. Using his preferred consultative leadership style, he has directed and delivered projects safely, in compliance, on budget, and on time.

Currently, Peter is studying for his MBA in Construction and Infrastructure Management and sits on the Board of Trustees of Sakhalin Island Training Institute.
